The Insecure Cast Says Goodbye After 5 Seasons

Insecure has come to an end after giving us five glorious seasons. We’re still shedding tears after the finale on Dec. 26. Issa Dee (Issa Rae), Molly (Yvonne Orji), and Kelli (Natasha Rothwell) all got their happy endings and well, Tiffany’s (Amanda Seales) is still figuring it out — but that’s life. Castmembers who have been on the show for all five seasons and some with newer roles have been sharing their goodbyes. Be prepared to cry a little harder.

Issa Rae posted a photo with Orji and Jay Ellis (Lawrence) from the finale and voiced her love to fans and thanked them for sticking with her for all five seasons. Orji shared a lengthy tribute to her cast, writing, “There’s no saying goodbye to what we’ve shared for the last 6 years. The joy, the love, the support, the camaraderie, the glow-up— it’s all so palpable.” She also voiced how “proud” she is of her character, Molly.
